Our shop transacts in Canadian dollars

Prices displayed in currencies other than the Canadian dollar are estimates based on current exchange rates. Upon checkout, actual amounts charged to you in your local currency are based on the foreign exchange rates in place used by your payment provider at the time of billing.

Shipping Information

  • NOTE:  Due to COVID-19, shipments may be delayed 3-5 days minimum.  Please factor this additional delay into estimated shipping timelines.
  • There is a 3 to 5 day order processing period before an order is shipped.
  • All of our merchandise is shipped via Canada Post unless otherwise noted.
  • Shipping rates vary and will be revealed at check out.
  • Tracked Orders (including Tracked Packet, Expedited & Xpresspost):  Estimated delivery times are indicated at checkout.  Estimated delivery dates provided by Canada Post are not guaranteed.  Delays may happen for many reasons and are beyond our control.  
  • Orders With No Tracking (including Lettermail and Small Packet Air):  Please allow for 2-3 weeks delivery in North America (Canada and US) and 6-8 weeks delivery for international orders.  We cannot be held responsible for orders with no tracking that are lost in transit or do not reach their final delivery destination.
  • Note: US and International orders may be subject to customs clearance and customs duty as set by the destination country. Please check your country’s import regulations before placing your order. You are responsible for paying any additional charges for customs clearance and customs duty if applicable.
